The Department of Treasury and Finance is at the centre of Government decision-making. As the principal economic and financial advisor, we provide leadership and strategic advice and influence to support the delivery of services and outcomes for the benefit of Western Australia.
What we do is integral to the Government's decision-making processes about where and how to spend taxpayers' money to ensure Western Australians have access to quality services on a financially sustainable basis.
We lead procurement and leverage our buying power to secure products and services for government, achieving value for money for WA.
We collect revenue to fund government services and administer payment of grants and subsidies to the WA community.
The work area
This role sits within the Corporate Strategy and Performance Directorate which is part of the Advisory Services business unit. The Organisational Development team is a small, dynamic team focused on developing and implementing values aligned engagement, learning and organisational development (OD) programmes that enhance culture, performance and capability.

position available for filling. We are looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator to join our fantastic team and help make a real difference for Western Australia.
Due to the department's shutdown over the Christmas/New Year period, this selection process will be finalised in early ****. Interviews for this role will be held in the new year.
