Interior Design Role
We are looking for a skilled interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on furniture schemes and residential/commercial fitouts.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and delivering a diverse range of interior design projects across asset classes: residential, commercial, multi-res, hospitality and developer-led spaces.
This includes creating fully resolved furniture and styling schemes tailored to client briefs, timelines and budgets, as well as preparing and presenting moodboards, furnished floor plans, FF&E schedules, and curated design decks that speak clearly to vision and value.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, developers, agents, and internal teams to bring meaningful, high-impact spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver a diverse range of interior design projects
* Create fully resolved furniture and styling schemes
* Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
* Source and specify furniture, finishes and styling items from local and international suppliers
* Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design integrity across every touchpoint
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in interior design
* Strong portfolio showcasing depth in furniture layout planning, styling, and detailed FF&E specification
* Degree in Interior Design (or related field)
* Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant design tools
* Excellent presentation, communication and time management skills
* Collaborative mindset and an eye for both beauty and function
