Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Greater Perth Area with the flexibility to work from home. The Engineer/Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs, supporting product development, and participating in collaborative engineering projects. Key tasks include interpreting technical specifications, assisting in problem-solving for engineering solutions, and contributing to process improvements. This role requires effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with strong technical drawing and modeling skills
* Experience in engineering design, product development, and process improvement
* Ability to analyze technical specifications and translate them into practical solutions
* Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
* An eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Design, or a related field
* Knowledge or experience in the mining industry is advantageous
