To continue our growth, we are now looking for a dedicated Broker Support Officer to join our team.
**What's the role?**
The Broker Support Officer is a newly created position for an established Broker Support Officer to maintain their a career in the financial services industry. In this role, you will assist a well-established and experienced mortgage broker in providing friendly and timely customer service. The successful applicant will be part of the team that makes sure our customers are getting the best possible service and advice to suit their needs, as well as ensuring all processes are followed, paperwork is completed and customer experience is top notch.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients to gather information and supporting documentation
- Liaising with lenders pre and post settlement
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Providing general administration support as required

- Has previous experience in an administration and customer support role
- Genuinely enjoys helping people, is patient and has a 'can do' attitude when it comes to customer service

- Is experienced and comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Is able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
