About the Role
You will manage a market-leading portfolio into the food solution channel, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for building authentic relationships with customers, identifying solution ideas to support business growth, and working closely with chefs and cooks to showcase exciting food compositions and menu ideas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a territory portfolio of 5-star hotels, cafes, events, pubs, clubs, hospitals, and schools
* Drive sales growth through effective account management and relationship-building
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Work closely with chefs and cooks to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Territory Manager, or Account Manager in the food industry
* Strong passion for the food industry and ability to build relationships with customers
* Highly organized and structured approach to planning call cycles and forecasting
* Able to work autonomously with full financial transparency
