About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll lead from the front — supporting and motivating the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring every guest walks away with a smile.
About You
* You've worked in a similar role and understand what it takes to keep a busy venue running smoothly.
* You're a natural leader and team player – bringing positivity, initiative, and a can-do attitude to every shift.
* Customer service isn't just something you do – it's who you are.
* You hold current RSA and RSG certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* You're flexible with availability, including nights and weekends – because that's when the fun happens
