About the role
A respected Canberra-based services business is seeking a Customer Service Office Supervisor to support and oversee its busy bookings and administration team.
This role is ideal for someone with retail or customer service management experience, combined with solid office administration skills. You'll be hands-on, customer-focused, and confident managing day-to-day office operations while supporting the team and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Supervise and support the customer service & bookings team
* Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally
* Manage quotes, reservations and bookings
* Draft and approve invoices
* Provide general administrative support to office operations
* Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently
* Maintain accurate records and systems
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration
* Background in retail, sales or customer service supervision (highly regarded)
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator - phone, email and internal teams
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, reliable and team-oriented
* Experience in sales, retail or finance environments is an advantage
Benefits & Perks
* $75,000-$90,000 + super (depending on experience)
