Role Overview: As a Chef de Partie, you will lead by example, overseeing a specific section of the kitchen while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency. From crafting dishes that delight our guests to mentoring junior team members, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences across our venues. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate and skilled chef looking to thrive in a professional, high-energy kitchen, all while contributing to The Westin’s commitment to wellness and exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities within your section during busy period and supports team efforts ensuring smooth operations Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section Ensure all food preparation and storage meets health, safety and hygiene standards Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and other team members to ensure kitchen efficiency Collaborate with the other F&B outlets to ensure efficiency Innovate and contribute ideas for menu development and improvement Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and maintain a focus on guests satisfaction Uphold brand values and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service About You: Commercial Cookery Trade Certificate and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role in a 5 star Luxury Lifestyle Hotel environment preferred.
