Job Title: Golf Operations Assistant
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests, process arrivals, and provide information on course conditions, competitions, and upcoming events.
* Accurately handle sales using the POS system, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a tidy Pro Shop environment, assist with restocking, merchandising, and inventory checks, ensuring an engaging shopping experience for members and guests.
* Assist in preparing, staging, and cleaning golf carts before and after play, ensuring they are safe, charged, and well-presented, promoting a positive user experience.
* Assist in starting groups on time, monitoring pace of play, and coordinating with the outside services team to maintain smooth operations, ensuring an enjoyable round for all players.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, or golf operations is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach are essential.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
