Position Purpose and Responsibilities This role encompasses 360 recruitment management duties and responsibilities in Western Australia. The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of service in recruitment services, with a strong focus on sales, account management and recruitment activities. The role focusses mainly on (but not limited to) the permanent placement of tradespeople and skilled individuals within the Industrial, Construction and Infrastructure segments in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities Revenue growth across the Recruitment division Sourcing, attracting, screening and selecting candidates for our clients Strong account management of new and existing clients Working cross functionally with our RTO, GTO and Labour Hire divisions to add value for existing clients Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Demonstrable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Experience in coordinating multi-site operations and working with multiple staff Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Be solutions-focused with a can-do attitude Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check Ability to obtain and hold a valid Working with Children Check (Employment status) Desirables · Experience supporting RFx response activities and recruiting for RFx roles.
