Early Childhood Educator (Room Leader) – Newman ELC YMCA WA (the Y WA). Permanent, full-time position.
What you'll be doing
* Lead the close-knit team of educators to ensure a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment for children.
* Promote School Ready, maintain high-quality programs, manage compliance, and engage with children and families.
* Contribute to a positive centre culture and support children's development in body, mind, and spirit.
Qualifications
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate
* First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
Salary, Benefits & Relocation
* Salary: $74,275.50 to $76,537.50 per year
* 12% Superannuation
* $6.52 per hour Remote Allowance
