Experience You'll Bring
* Plumbing trade qualification or strong plumbing estimating background (non‑negotiable)
* Proven experience quoting maintenance and small‑to‑medium commercial works
* Strong onsite understanding – you know how jobs actually run
* Ability to read drawings and interpret scopes
* Experience gathering sub‑contractor quotes and coordinating multi‑trade pricing
* Experience in commercial environments (schools, hospitals, industrial, aged care, etc.)
Cross‑trade estimating experience (electrical or minor building) is highly valued – but plumbing expertise is the core requirement.

We target 90% small to medium sized commercial projects and maintenance and are currently working direct to companies like Holden, Cabrini Hospital, Haileybury College, Harvey Norman, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Supergas and large commercial or industrial facilities.
