Job Title:

Facilities Operations Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver planned and reactive works within contractual service level agreements and performance indicators.
2. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Maintain compliance records for vendors.
4. Manage financial and administrative aspects, including procurement processes and vendor support through a platform.
5. Purpose reports for the facilities team.
6. Support mail room and front-of-house duties as required.
7. Assist with kitchen supplies and cleanliness.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Effective communication skills, able to interact with individuals at all levels.
* Experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments.
* Knowledge of facilities management principles.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Work Arrangements:

This is a part-time opportunity with 25 hours/week, flexible scheduling.
