Salary: $75K-$85K + super + vehicle, fuel card, laptop & phone
Key Focus Areas:
* Leading and coordinating maintenance teams
* Managing client relationships and service delivery
* Quoting small garden works and improvements
* Planning schedules and workflow
* Supporting business growth and client retention
Ideal Background:
* 6+ years' experience in residential garden maintenance
* Strong organisation, admin and computer skills
* Experience managing staff and customers
* Cert III in Horticulture / Landscaping / Parks & Gardens (preferred)
Landscape Construction Team Leader
Salary: $80K-$90K + super + vehicle, fuel card & phone
Key Focus Areas:
* Leading landscape construction projects on site
* Managing a small team and daily site operations
* High-end residential finishes and attention to detail
* Client communication and site coordination
Ideal Background:
* Qualified in Landscape Construction or Carpentry
* 6+ years' experience in landscape construction
* Strong skills in tiling, concreting, decking & irrigation
* Swimming pool construction experience highly regarded
* Confident site leader with strong communication skills
