The Ballina Netball Association seeks a Competitions Co-ordinator to ensure smooth operations of its competitions, events and programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise evening netball competitions, including setting up venues, printing scoresheets, timekeeping, and liaising with umpires.
* Coordinate umpire and volunteer rosters, monitor attendance, and prepare remuneration timesheets.
* Support canteen administration, manage stock, liaise with suppliers, and coordinate volunteer rosters.
* Help coordinate coaching clinics, scheduling venues, managing registrations, and providing on-site support.
* Provide general administration support, produce newsletters, assist with club events, and coordinate volunteer rosters.
Requirements
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and show initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
* A customer-service focused approach and appreciation for working within a volunteer-based community sports environment.
