About the role
IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre, the role includes:
* Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
* Document scanning and email management
* Patient billing and payment collection
* Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & Experience
* Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes
* Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment
* Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
* Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
* Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
