About The Role
TCWA are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our successful team based at our Forrestfield head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.
This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
* Processing the sales administration of new trucks
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Assisting with month end processes and ad hoc reports
* Completing the licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
* Assisting with relief cover for reception as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
* Previous exposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Current Driver's License & vehicle
