Bloom HR is a boutique HR consulting company that supports the NFP sector and small businesses in Australia.
Due to significant new contracts, we are looking for a senior HR Generalist who will thrive from working with multiple clients and improving their HR processes, systems, providing IR/ER advice, and implementing organisational development programs that inspire and motivate.
You must be able to drive and visit clients in NSW with occasional travel interstate. This role must be located in Sydney and requires one day per week on site.
You will need at least 10 years HR experience with some of that leading HR, working as a sole contributor or a consultant in another firm.
We will be looking for examples of how you have supported cultural change, enhanced performance and embedded programs and propositions that have measurable impact on an organisations success.
We are a fully remote working environment with consultants throughout NSW, Victory, QLD and the UK.
Your personal style must be one that is responsive, service orientated and consultative. You must have patience, intelligence, be resourceful (NFP clients have their own financial pressures) and want to make a difference. A definite service orientation.
Exposure and knowledge of Aboriginal culture, working with Aboriginal organisations or identifying as Aboriginal yourself will be a huge advantage.
