About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join our team at our Macleay Valley facility in NSW.
The functions of this position include the provision of administrative support and management of information.
Daily activities include answering phones, welcoming visitors, ensuring and supporting the effective flow of information and activities within the Aged Care Facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the manager with the general administration of the facility
Management of the reception of the facility
Answer the telephone, direct calls as required and take messages as necessary
Maintaining Residents records
Conducting tours of the facility for potential residents and families
Coordination of ongoing employee training
Attend to banking, shopping, post office and other ad hoc work as required
Assisting with updating and compiling reports as required
Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience
Excellent time and task management skills
High level of interpersonal and communication skills
High level of commitment to customer service
Organised with a high attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience within aged care – highly regarded
