We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a specialist support worker. This role involves delivering high-quality support services to students with mild to moderate mental health concerns.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated understanding of historical and contemporary issues affecting First Nations people. They will also possess excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with students, staff, parents, carers, and the broader community. You will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure systemic and person-centered practice is implemented.
The purpose of this role is to provide child-centered therapeutic interventions to individuals and families. You will develop and implement strategies to promote information, support, and awareness of school activities and programs.
