The Role
- Monday – Friday Role
- Supporting a Senior Property Manager – this is one of their most Senior Property Manager’s which means excellent training for the right candidate!
- Assist Property Management team with day-to-day duties
- Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
- NO INGOINGS
- NO LEASING
- NO ARREARS
- NO ROUTINES
- You will be required to step up when the Senior is on leave (with training provided!)
The Candidate
- Real Estate experience is essential – are you looking for your next step?
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn
