Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential, within retail, hospitality or a similar industry where customers' needs are met through exceptional interactions, product recommendations and outstanding service.
* Optical Experience: While previous experience is beneficial in this role, if you're willing to learn then please apply.
* Passion: A genuine passion for delivering amazing customer experiences, helping solve their eyecare and eyewear needs and achieve outstanding outcomes for both them and your store.
* Energy: A love of working in a fast-paced, growing business and adapting to change, leading by example with positivity and a can-do attitude.
