This role has loads of variety and is integral to the smooth running of the Explore & Develop Support Office. It involves general office management and adminstration including accounts data entry, organising meetings and events and offering support to the CEO and team with a variety of tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software package
- Good eye for detail
- Great organisational and communication skills
- IT savvy
- Team player with a good customer service ethic
- Can do attitude and the ability to multi-task
- Experience organising meetings and events would be desireable, but not essential
