Role and Unit
The Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) has an exciting opportunity to be part of a new purpose-built facility, contributing to a comprehensive and integrated rehabilitation and recovery-oriented service. The new sub-acute rehabilitation unit is a multidisciplinary service with roles including Allied Health Professionals, Nursing, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Peer and Support Workers. This is the only service of its kind in regional South Australia.

Responsibilities
Working in collaboration with the consumer, their family, and other team members, develop individualised rehabilitation plans with the goal of helping consumers recover and enhance their lives within the Mental Health Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation Unit and wider community.
Qualifications and requirements
We seek applicants who are passionate about enhancing the lives of consumers with a compassionate and person-centred approach. Applicants must hold the required qualification(s) for the position (refer to the above links for details) and possess strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a cooperative, multidisciplinary team.
