The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own your desk end-to-end, leveraging a robust database and established networks to drive business growth and candidate satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying high-calibre professionals and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Source, engage and place mid to senior-level professionals across digital, sales and marketing functions
Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure the perfect match between clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle including business development
Collaborate with senior leaders to refine strategy and drive divisional growth
Experience Prerequisites
Proven agency recruitment experience within Digital, Sales & Marketing
Demonstrated commitment to honesty, integrity and ethical recruitment practices
Ability to thrive independently and as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
