Leading Company are seeking an Administration Supervisor to coordinate a team of administration staff for their back-office operations in their Darra Office. The role is overseeing processes that include accounting duties of invoices, payroll and purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Advise and support the administration team
Direct and execute workflow
Reporting
Assist team with processes including payroll and invoicing
Assist with Customer Queries
Compliance Management
Address complaints and resolve problems
Liaise with internal parties - shared services etc
Implement and update Administration Processes and Procedures
About You:
Solid Leadership skills - prior experience supervising a team
A high degree of Customer Focus
Experience in Payroll would be advantageous
Accounting knowledge
Good business sense and a professional manner
Strong Attention to Detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
A quick learner with a "can do attitude"
Strong Excel and Word Skills
Drivers Licence
The role will also require occasional travel within Queensland to other offices where some of the team are based.
