Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee all facets of our Transport Business Unit, including operations management, team leadership, and service delivery.
* Bus Management experience is critical
* Lead operational excellence by managing key stakeholder relationships and supporting a diverse team
* Deliver exceptional service while fostering a high-performance culture
* Manage safety, efficiency, reliability, and service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business improvements and change management strategies
* Manage Supervisors, Bus Drivers, Passenger Facilitation Agents, and Baggage Trolley Collectors
* Support the development of teams and foster a positive work environment
* Drive business growth and operational success through strategic leadership
Required Skills:
* Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in leading complex service operations within a fast-paced environment
* Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
* People Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
* Operational Expertise: Knowledge of enterprise bargaining agreements, industrial relations, and implementing business improvements
