Are you a strategic Category Manager with a passion for driving growth and innovation?
About the role:
CSR is seeking an experienced Category Manager to be based at North Ryde and to take ownership of our product portfolio, delivering strong performance, volume growth, and industry-leading quality.
As the Category Manager you will:
* Develop and execute a full product strategy to drive category growth and profitability.
* Lead a team of product specialists to unlock new market opportunities.
* Increase product profitability through new product development and lifecycle management.
* Position the range as a market leader in quality and innovation.
* Manage the product roadmap with competitor insights, market research, and trend analysis.
* Work closely with supply chain & manufacturing teams to optimise product delivery.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards while managing product quality and warranties.
* Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, delivering training and product content.
What you bring to the role
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* 5+ years' experience in product management.
* A keen eye for detail with a strong technical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Experience in the development and execution of Go-to-Market strategies
* Moderate knowledge of the building industry, compliance, and standards.
* A tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing.
