Overview
- $170,000 salary + bonus
- An opportunity to define the organisations Risk strategy while shaping the function as the first hire within the Risk team.
- 3 days onsite with flexible start/finish
A unique opportunity for someone to join a Sydney based firm with a global presence operating across 50 markets to lead and develop their risk function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing the risk frameworks and procedures
- Develop and advise senior leadership on risk strategies
- Design, implement and manage the risk management policies including security policies (including 3rd parties)
- Prepare and present risk management reports to the Board.
- Conducting regular risk audits
Skills and Experience
- Strong Enterprise Risk Management experience ideally coming from a non-regulated environment e.g. construction, FMCG, manufacturing
- Familiarity around IT risk principles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills demonstrated
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
