About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Property Manager who thrives in an end-to-end operational role, with fluency in all aspects of the property management cycle.

This is not a limited desk role. You will be fully immersed in both field and administrative duties, representing our brand with integrity, efficiency, and professionalism.

Your Role Includes:
* End-to-End Tenancy Oversight
o Conduct Entry Condition Reports, Exit Inspections, and Routine Inspections with precision and thoroughness.
o Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy disputes with sound knowledge of legislation and best practice.
* Administrative Excellence
o Handle daily emails, phone enquiries, and system updates.
o Manage compliance requirements, documentation, and tenancy agreements with clarity and confidence.
o Generate and process invoices, bill approvals, owner disbursements, and reconciliation of trust accounts.
o Maintain accurate records of landlord communication, ensuring timely follow-up and clarity across all touchpoints.
* Maintenance Coordination
o Log, assess, and action maintenance requests.
o Liaise with trades and contractors for urgent and routine works.
o Communicate with owners and tenants to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied with progress and outcomes.
* Marketing & Leasing
o List and advertise properties with persuasive, compelling copywriting tailored to each asset.
o Coordinate photography, open homes, and private inspections with professionalism and market insight.
o Provide feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring transparency and momentum.
* Landlord Relationships & Reporting
o Build trust through consistent service, proactive communication, and strategic advice.
o Prepare rental appraisals and performance updates for property owners.
o Assist in onboarding new clients with tailored service proposals and onboarding checklists.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Property Manager with deep knowledge of relevant legislation and tenancy processes.
* Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident with trust accounting, invoicing, and end-of-month procedures.
* A reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence are essential.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
* Personal presentation and professionalism are important.

About You:

* Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred, but not required.
* Must be either studying for or hold a current Qld Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

* Must have people skills and a genuine desire to achieve outstanding results.
* Strong organizational skills
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
