* Ensure all programs align with **EYLF** and National Quality Standards.
* Mentor and support fellow educators within your room.
* Build positive partnerships with families to support children's learning journeys.
**What You'll Need*** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
* Current WA **Working with Children Check (Employee)**.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* Leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
