Partnerships and Sales Manager – Group

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure commercial partnership revenue across entertainment assets, focusing on prepaid, gifting and sponsorship channels
* Drive new partnership opportunities across EVT Group businesses (Hotels, Thredbo, State Theatre)
* Support negotiation and finalisation of commercial deals in line with business goals
* Create impactful partnership presentations and proposals that communicate cross‑platform benefits
* Mentor and support the Partnerships & Sales Executive to build a high‑performing team
* Lead integrated campaign planning and brand partnership development
* Develop and maintain strong industry contacts across marketing, media and loyalty sectors
* Build tailored sales plans to grow profitable accounts and meet KPIs
* Manage partner relationships, contractual obligations and renegotiations
* Deliver clear, timely communication and reporting to stakeholders
Skills & Experience
* Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
* Proven ability to secure and grow cross‑platform partnerships
* Experience in complex commercial contracting
* Creative and strategic mindset with a focus on innovation
* Established contacts within loyalty, entertainment and partnerships markets
* Ability to develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals
* Demonstrated experience with loyalty products and advertising sales channels in the Australian market
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
