A well-established national builder is seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join their Sydney office. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, this role is central to supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will take ownership of office operations while providing executive-level support where required. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys responsibility and being a key point of contact within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day office management and administration
* Executive Assistant support to the Construction Director
* Diary, inbox and meeting coordination
* Preparing documents, correspondence and reports
* Liaising with internal teams, consultants and suppliers
* General office coordination and process improvement
About You
* Previous experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant
* Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and supporting senior leadership
* Construction or professional services experience advantageous (not essential)
