Overview
AbilityMade is a social enterprise focused on increasing access to quality ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) for children in Australia. We run a digital fabrication platform and clinic management systems to support clinicians in delivering custom-made orthoses and improving mobility for people with disabilities.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Orthotist to join our Queensland team and help deliver innovative clinical services. This role is ideal for a clinician with at least three years of experience who will often work independently in partner clinics, with support from our national clinical, design, and fabrication teams.
You'll help us to:
* Deliver exceptional, person-centred orthotic care at our clinic and partner centres across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
* Master our digital workflow, including 3D scanning, digital limb modification, and prescribing advanced 3D-printed AFOs.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and allied health professionals.
* Contribute to the growth and evolution of our clinical model in Queensland with your ideas and innovative spirit.
What you'll bring
* A strong clinical foundation with at least 3 years of experience

Start Date
January 2026 (flexible start date to suit all parties).
Salary
* Competitive base salary ($110k to $130k depending on experience)

Location
AbilityMade Beerwah Clinic (4/72 Simpson St, Beerwah, QLD 4519). Flexible working location with in-office and possible remote work where suitable.
