The Role:
The IT Store Field Technician is a hands-on role supporting the build, installation, maintenance and repair of IT networks, systems and equipment across OTR and SMGB sites. This role plays a critical part in store builds, Reddy conversions, asset refresh programs and ad-hoc field support to ensure reliable, high-performing store technology. This role will be based out of the Adelaide Site Support Office.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair IT infrastructure to ensure high system uptime and reliability
* Install, configure and commission networks, systems and store technology
* Lead IT field delivery for new site builds and Reddy conversions
* Diagnose and resolve incidents, providing effective first-time fixes
* Perform planned preventative maintenance and break/fix support
* Supervise and guide third-party contractors to OTR standards
* Ensure all installations are tidy, compliant and well documented
* Collaborate with IT Build teams, SMEs and project stakeholders
* Assist with site IT returns, de-fits, recycling and asset management of equipment from site closures
* Travel interstate and regionally to support builds and emergency works

About You:
* Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
* Hands-on capability and familiarity of networks, systems and end-user equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve complex technical issues onsite
* Experience supervising contractors and vendors to quality standards
* Strong documentation, compliance and governance mindset
* Willingness to travel interstate and work flexibly, including out-of-hours support
* Familiarity of OTR and SMGB Stores and ways of working a bonus
