Broad scope across financial reporting, payroll, and compliance Supportive team with long-term staff retention High visibility across operations, development, and senior leadership Above market salary package on offer Key responsibilities: Monthly bank and trust account reconciliations BAS, PAYG, FBT, and statutory reporting End-of-month processing and financial reporting Payroll processing for a medium-sized salaried team Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow support Assist with year-end audit and compliance Maintain financial registers and support tender submissions What you’ll bring: Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance 4 years’ experience in financial accounting or audit Strong reconciliation and reporting skills Confident with Excel and accounting/ERP systems Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines This role is ideal for someone coming out of practice who’s ready to apply their technical skills in a commercial setting, with the backing of a stable and well-run business.
