Your new roleAs a Concrete Labourer within this highly regarded and technically-driven construction firm, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-tolerance concrete solutions across a diverse range of projects including industrial flooring, civil infrastructure, and remote-site developments.
Working closely with a skilled crew and reporting to experienced site supervisors, your day-to-day responsibilities will include site preparation, placing and finishing concrete, operating specialised machinery such as laser screeds, and ensuring surfaces meet strict quality and safety standards.
Your prior experience in concrete is essential, as the role requires strong technical proficiency, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
You will contribute directly to the company\'s reputation for precision and innovation, ensuring project deadlines are met while upholding the company\'s high standards.

What you'll need to succeedProven experience working with concrete in a civil or commercial construction settingWhite Card (Construction Induction Card)Current and valid driver\'s licence with reliable transportComfortable with early starts between 5am and 6amWillingness and availability to work overtime each week as requiredStrong understanding of site safety and compliance requirementsPhysically fit and capable of performing manual labour in demanding environmentsReliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanshipExperience operating concreting tools and machinery (e.g. screeds, trowels)
