Monday to Friday flexible roster, no on-call, weekends, public holidays or traumaDuties and responsibilities:This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.Lead the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient careManage team rosters, workloads and delegation of taskssupporting the GM/ DON and NUM in quality activities and procurementrequires experienced Perioperative Ophthalmology Registered Scrub/ Scout NurseEnsure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgeryEnsure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focusMonitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complicationsDeliver education and support to patients for the management of their recoveryAbout You:You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
