We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and governance support to our Chief Executive Officer, Chairperson, and Board of Management.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive team with:
* Diary and event management
* Board and committee coordination
* Governance and compliance documentation
* Marketing and community engagement
* Human resources and information management
* Regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
You'll be instrumental in ensuring excellence in service delivery and consumer experience across the organisation.
What You'll Bring
* Relevant administration qualifications and excellent ICT skills
* Proven experience in executive support within aged care or in-home care sectors
* Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
* A collaborative and respectful approach to team and consumer engagement
Essential Requirements
* Current SA Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Satisfactory NDIS Worker Check
