Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimise detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
* Conduct critical path analysis, delay impact assessments, and earned value reporting
* Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure accurate scope integration
* Lead planning inputs for tender submissions and contribute to construction methodology development
* Support EOT and delay claims through forensic analysis and structured reporting
* Mentor junior planners and support planning capability development across the organisation
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 6 years' experience in planning and scheduling within construction, energy, or infrastructure (electrical sector highly regarded)
* Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential), with strong MS Project and Excel capability
* Demonstrated experience delivering detailed programs within D&C contract environments
* Strong understanding of sequencing, productivity, float, and construction methodology
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
* Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
