* Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles within the organisation

About the Role
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for key and hard-to-fill roles
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions
* Coach and support hiring managers through best-practice processes
* Drive campaign-based recruitment across multiple disciplines
* Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
* Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines
* Reduce third-party dependency with proactive sourcing strategies
* Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' in recruitment – internal or agency
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Proven success recruiting technical or leadership roles
* Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
* Knowledge of ATS systems
* Highly organised, with a customer-first mindset
* WA Driver's Licence (Class C or C-A)
Desirable but Not Essential
* Experience recruiting engineers, professionals, or electrical trades
* Previous exposure to large commercial or infrastructure organisations
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline
