This role will appeal to someone looking for a new challenge and wishing to gain further experience.Please visit www.dahall.com.au to learn more about who we are.About The Role ...You will be required to proactively participate in the time efficient processing of a delicate product, ensuring the safe preparation of eggs for dispatch on a fast-paced and highly automated production floor.Job Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAs a Process Worker you will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day production within the grading floor.Key Functions Of The Role IncludeEnsure compliance with all food hygiene standards;Ensure high quality efficient packing focus;Maintain smooth operations;Complete all tasks within WHS guidelines;Communicating effectively internally and with business partners.Expand your skills with hands-on training;Proactively participating in Quality Assurance, Bio-security, Workplace Health and Safety, Food Safety and other compliance with relevant company codes of conduct, statutory acts and regulations.Skills And ExperienceThe ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key strengths expected to effectively manage a production unit and team:A demonstrated history of experience in FMCG environment.Are dependable, punctual, and work well in a fast-paced environment.Have strong organisation al skills and work well under pressure.Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.Effective communication skills.Please note - Candidates must be willing to adhere to strict bio-security requirements, which include not keeping live birds, chickens or pigs at home.
