We’re working with a respected multi-franchise dealer group in Greater Brisbane, and they’re on the lookout for a motivated Administration All-Rounder to join their small but mighty central admin team.
This is a full time, office-based role, ideal for someone who’s ready to grow and expand their skillset in automotive administration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting deal processing and associated accounting functions
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
- Helping with general admin and office duties
- Working closely with the team to streamline processes
What They’re Looking For:
- Admin experience in an automotive dealership (deal processing, AP/AR, or similar)
- Possess exposure to general ledger reconciliations (an advantage)
- Eagerness to learn new areas within dealership operations
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Team-first mindset with excellent communication skills
