**The Opportunity**
Our Lysaght business is looking for a **Customer Service Representative (part time)**to join the **Customer Service Team**based in **Tweed Heads**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
**This is a part time opportunity working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday's with flexible working hours.**
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and demonstrate your passion for exceptional customer service. **What Will You Do?**
Being the face of Lysaght for our customers, you will:
- follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
- collaborate with internal stakeholders including, warehouse, transport, procurement, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
- nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
- resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience
