Role Description
This is a full-time, role for a New Home Sales Consultant located in Providence Village as of April 2026. The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for guiding prospective clients through the early stages of the building process. Primary duties include providing personalized consultation and guidance, presenting home plans and designs, maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating and closing sales, and collaborating with the internal team to fulfill client needs. Reporting and keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions will also be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong sales skills, including the ability to guide prospective clients, negotiate effectively, and close home sales
* Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction
* Knowledge of the real estate or homebuilding industry, including an understanding of home design and construction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
* Organizational and detail-oriented mindset to manage multiple client inquiries and maintain accurate records
* Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills; experience with sales and marketing platforms is a plus
* Ability to work on-site in Providence Village, and accommodate flexible work hours, including weekends
* Prior experience in new home sales, homebuilding, or a related field is required
* Friendly and professional attitude, with a passion for helping clients build their dream homes

* Base Salary + Super + Commission
