The purpose of the Casual Event Day Staff role is to contribute to the delivery of successful and safe events staged at People First Stadium and assist in providing a pleasant and enjoyable event experience for patrons.
We are recruiting Casual Event Day Staff to join our seasonal event team. You will be the face of our customer service experience on event days, serving as a resource to guests for facility and event information, guiding guests to their seats, ticket scanning, and ensuring a fun and safe environment.
Key Tasks
Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with SQ’s policies and procedures, particularly in the areas of workplace health and safety, security management, equal employment opportunity, workplace harassment, bullying and discrimination.

People First Stadium is the Gold Coast's newest sporting and entertainment stadium with a capacity of 27,500 spectators, which is capable of accommodating up to 50 000 in concert mode... It features an AFL oval and is capable of hosting cricket matches, concerts, festivals, athletics events and football (soccer) matches.
