About us

At Youth Futures, every young person matters.

For 40 years we've stood alongside at-risk young West Australians, providing safe homes, flexible education, job training, and trauma-informed care. None of this is possible without the people who make it happen - our staff, volunteers, and contractors. Keeping them safe, supported, and empowered is central to who we are.

About the role

* Assist in the development of policies and procedures.
* WHS Reporting
* Keep up to date with industry standards and recommend ways we can do even better.
* Share safety information with internal and external stakeholders in a way that's simple and engaging.

About you

You'll also have:

* Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety (essential).
* Cert IV Training & Assessing (desirable).
* ICAM or Audit qualifications (desirable).
