Client Success Manager
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team in Sydney and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.
* Analyze branding-focused advertising campaigns efficiently on platforms like Xandr, Equativ, and DV360, ensuring creative assets, targeting, and pacing are aligned with client expectations and campaign objectives.
* Monitor and optimize branding campaigns: Track campaign delivery and performance metrics such as viewability, reach, frequency, and brand safety. Optimize based on data insights to ensure strong branding impact and KPI fulfillment.
* Collaborate with the Client Success team: Work closely with the client success team by providing accurate, timely data and campaign updates that help assess brand campaign effectiveness and resolve delivery concerns.
* Technical troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues affecting branding campaign setup or delivery, collaborating with internal teams when necessary and following standard operating procedures.
* Operational excellence in branding: Apply and promote best practices for branding campaigns, from trafficking to reporting, ensuring consistency and scalability across all accounts and platforms.
* Innovation in brand formats and tools: Test and evaluate new branding formats, measurement tools, and platform features to continuously improve the effectiveness and visibility of campaigns.
About You:
* You have 2-3 years of experience as an account manager or client success manager in the digital advertising industry.
* You have worked with international brands or big clients that require tight deadlines and clear processes.
* You are familiar with platforms like Xandr, Display & Video 360, SmartRTB+...
* You know about programmatic campaigns and PMPs creation.
* You have experience with reporting tools (Ad Servers, Google Analytics, Turnillo, Redash, etc.)
* You are data-centred and are used to work and process data with Excel/spreadsheets, or other data tools, using formulas and dynamic tables.
* You have a high level of English.
