As our Head Chef you'll need to:
Lead a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
Exposure to fine dining is essential
Develop and implement creative seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and food safety.
Maintain a strong focus on cost control and manage inventory effectively.
Stay current on culinary trends and techniques.
We're looking for a chef who:
Has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus.
Hands-on leadership skills with ability to train and inspire a team.
A values driven individual who celebrates diversity and inclusion while building a positive, friendly and professional culture.
Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and consistency.
Maintains a high level of food safety and sanitation standards.
The flexibility to work across weekends and peak holiday periods.
