A major enterprise is undergoing a large-scale transformation toward modern engineering, agile delivery, and continuous deployment. As a Technical Lead, you'll guide a community of practice, uplift engineering standards, and drive high-quality digital experiences across customer, partner, and colleague touchpoints.
This role combines hands‑on leadership, architectural influence, Agile coaching, and ownership of end‑to‑end delivery. You'll play a key role in modernising delivery models, strengthening engineering culture, and enabling platform autonomy.
What You'll Be Doing
Technology Leadership
* Lead a technical community of practice, shaping engineering culture, delivery quality, code standards, documentation, and team ethos.
* Provide expert guidance across the full software lifecycle—design, build, support, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise platforms.
* Support and champion Agile and continuous delivery principles across teams.
* Influence architecture decisions, contribute to architecture principles, and oversee their execution across delivery squads.
* Identify and advocate for modern engineering tools, automation practices, and reusable components.
* Promote secure, scalable, high-performance digital solutions delivered at pace.
Delivery & Stakeholder Impact
* Own allocated initiatives from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on quality, clarity of scope, and business value.
* Work across multiple internal stakeholders in a matrix environment, influencing senior technology and business leaders.
* Ensure outcomes align with strategic priorities and contribute to enterprise‑wide transformation.
* Support a safe, collaborative, high-performance environment.
What You Bring
Experience
* 7+ years working in complex, large-scale technology environments.
* Strong background building and delivering digital and enterprise applications.
* Experience working in modern CI/CD and automation-driven environments.
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery and project management frameworks.
* Background in systems integration and environment management.
* Proven record of improving engineering quality and enabling continuous improvement.
* Ability to design and implement reusable frameworks/components with clear documentation.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and navigating matrix structures.
Technical Strengths
